Study On The Obstacles And Countermeasures Of Guizhou 's Manufacturing Industry

Manufacturing industry is a kind of industry which based on the rule of market, making full use of manufacture resources to inverse into industrial and life consumer products. manufacture resources include materials、energy、equipment、tools、capital、technology、information、labor force and so on. Manufacturing industry reflects the productivity level of a country directly, as a significant factor, it can distinguish developing country and developed country. Manufacturing occupy huge part of the national economy in developed world.Gui Zhou as a less developed area, it is towarding to a strong industrial province, the manufacture development supporting the road of industrialization. But recently the low development level of manufacturing industry has restricted the sustainable growth of economy. So we should research the obstacle factors in the process of manufacturing industry development. The current research about the development of manufacturing industry in our country or abroad, are analyzed in different aspects, which includes three aspects: material capital, labor quality, technological innovation, resources environment, population, income gap and so on. On our country or abroad research strategy are put forward specific measures of investment, labor force, technology lever.According to the research on the obstacles to development of manufacturing industry in our country or abroad, there have many different perspectives. But in my paper, I base on Cobb Douglas theory along a line of the theory of economic growth: Cobb Douglas theory、Keynesian theory、Harold Daumas model、Solow model、Human Capital model and R&D model. In my paper, I analysis of the current situation of the manufacturing industry in Gui Zhou province base on this theory. It is including investment、labor、technology three aspects at present situation. From investment perspective, the factors including income disparity 、 low levels of consumption、high savings rate and the formation of investment capital mechanism is imperfective. From labor perspective, the factors including the lack of investment in education industry and health and social security sector industry. Form technology level perspective, the factors including the imperfective of personnel training body、the backward concept of R&D personnel training、the lag of effective knowledge. Finally, in view of the above the obstacle factors combined with the development of more developed areas surrounding manufacturing experience,put forward the feasible ecounter measure with Guizhou actual situation. Mainly includes: effective capital, improve quality, accelerate the introduction of technology, make full use of the role of government at this four aspects.
