Since the 1970, the logistics industry has made great progress in China in recent more than 30 years. However, there are still some problems in the logistics industry. Industrial cluster is a geographically relative concentration of the phenomenon, the causes and prospects of it are more and more attention able. Chinese and foreign scholars have not yet on the mechanism o f formation o f industrial clusters for qu antitative analysis. I think that logistics cluster strategy can solve the problems in logistics industry and finally result in great success.From the gl obal e conomic s cale, i ndustry c lusters i ncreasingly common phenomenon in the international competitive industry clusters are mostly based on the model of development, and gathered around a dense cluster of economic energy.
