The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Commercial And Commercial Administration 's Administration Of Commercial Bribery

Commercial bribery, illegal even criminal activities, arises from the economic field. But its harms have affected every aspect of the social life. How to control commercial bribery attracted the CPC Central Committee’s and State Council’s great attentions. CPC Central Committee and the State Council have held several meetings on the governance of commercial bribery for the overall deployment. Under the guidance and deployment of Central Committee and State Council a bout commercial bribery governance, institutions had taken some actions to control the governance of commercial bribery, and had achieved some achievements. The academics also launch studies on the governance of commercial bribery, including the definition of commercial bribery, hazards and control measures. But the research work of scholars on the governance of commercial bribery is more about the system governance of the commercial bribery, and rarely involves the commercial bribery in the governance of specialized organs and specialized work. The author attempts to combine with their work experience, to study countermeasures of industrial and commercial administrative authorities in the governance of commercial bribery.This paper first introduces the status of the research of commercial bribery. On this basis, the author makes definite commercial bribery from a number of aspects, introduces the causes and hazards of commercial bribery. To explore countermeasures of the administrative department for industry and commercial of commercial bribery, the author introduces the functions of the administrative department for industry and commerce in the work of commercial bribery, work procedures and work achievements, and then analyzes the difficulties encountered by the administrative department for industry and commerce in combating commercial bribery. Finally, the author tries to find out the fundamental countermeasures of commercial bribery in from the point of view of the administrative department for industrial and commercial.
