With the changes in the global economic environment, some enterprises which master market powers have no longer had the advantage. Especially shows in the communications equipment manufacturing industry. The leaders are facing tremendous pressure from new enterprises.This article is take demand management in ENC Company which is a multinational company in communication manufacturing line as research object. It has problems on demand management such as:low accuracy on master plan, poor planning process leads to poor performance on on time delivery, high inventory, etc. Due to the consequences on demand management, ENC needs to optimize the process of demand management. Firstly this article explains the basic situation of ENC. Analyze the current demand management status of total five supply center in global. With ONE Project (an information supporting system) supporting, ENC need to improve and develop demand management process and implementation in the market of RNEA and RASO. To apply for NTF and MADS mode and forecasting technology in demand management system to improve. Secondly this article analyzes also the implementation result from the forecasting accuracy, the service level on production and logistics.The research of this paper helps ENC Company to improve demand forecasting accuracy, reduces manufacture cost, and improves the on time delivery rate; From the Angle of how to reflect the real demands of customers for the optimal design of supply chain management, to put forward some valuable advice and methods, make the supply chain become a real chain with value added.
