Performance management is to enhance the strategic execution of a method for company development, which individual performance, personal development combine with corporate goals through continuous improvement to individual performance and team performance continued to improve company performance, and ensure the implementation of corporate strategy and business goals. All levels of managers, performance management can help improve management, reduce administrative burdens by building from top to bottom, down to every level of the target system, so that all employees understand their priorities, objectives and direction, the staff in the most effective way to make the greatest efforts to do the "right thing" to ensure that staff behavior and work output with the organization’s objectives.
