People attach great importance to the construction of human resources,reduce staff turnover,can effectively promote the enthusiasm of the staff,to maximize the company's performance of.A company from April 2010 to December 2015 a total loss of 2882 employees,including staff loss of 614 people,the average monthly turnover of 42 people.The loss of staff so that the human resources department must implement high density the recruitment,reduces the enterprise's human resources department work efficiency,increase the cost of new employee training in.A company is facing serious problems of employee turnover,especially front-line staff turnover is more serious.Therefore,the research of A company employee turnover is very necessary.This paper adopts the method of case study,the research on A company's front-line staff turnover situation questionnaire survey method and experience method.This paper analyzed the A basic situation of the company human resources and talent loss situation,from the perspective of the hierarchy of needs theory,employee's perspective,Ma Qi and Simon theory to analyze the reason of A company the loss of A,and put forward to reduce the loss rate of company solutions.Through investigation and analysis,salary system of A company can not meet the needs of staff,lagging behind the construction of enterprise culture,enterprises lack of scientific and reasonable performance evaluation mechanism,enterprise management system needs to be humanized,development space for employees to create small aspects are important reasons of staff turnover.Through the improvement of necessary remuneration system and pay attention to culture construction,strengthen grass-roots management training,strengthening performance appraisal,establish humane enterprise management system,create the development space for employees,in order to reduce the loss of employees.In addition to the personnel department should strengthen the staff performance appraisal,create occupation planning and development space for the employees,employees also need to reduce the loss of administrative departments brand and Culture Department,finance department,with the first workshop.And middle management is the direct leadership of front-line staff,should be in line.Job recruitment stage,the first line of staff training stage,the first line of staff assessment stage,the first line of staff to improve the efficiency of the work,to ensure that the staff turnover rate to reduce the smooth progress of the work.
