The human resources management is the foundation of all the managements, it’s also one of the key elements which will influence the existence and development of the enterprise directly. As an important part of the enterprise’s human resources, the frontline staff are the most directly production practitioners and the final implementer of the target. They play the irreplaceable roles in the upgrade of the enterprise, enhance the competitiveness, promote the technology innovation and transition. Therefore, it’s very practical and pivotal to design and establish a series of scientific personnel management modal for the frontline staff. Since the GH company is in the critical period of the transition period, such modal should be in line with the company’s operation characteristics.This paper first introduces the basic information of the GH company. Further analyzing and researching the company’s current recruitment, training, evaluating and operating of the frontline staff, and then point out the existing problems and reasons. Meanwhile, in order to further enhance the management and overall development of the operators of the production lines under the new situation, it proposes positive measures and suggestions by means of comparing and analyzing the current situations and characteristics of the relevant modal of the human resources management both at home and abroad. It aims at building a scientific, reasonable and standard human resources modal, which could meet the requirements of the enterprise’s scientific development as well as the demands of the frontline staff.
