In such a context, supply chain management is gradually introduced into the research category of hotel management. So, the hotel needs comprehensive project management in the preparatory period, especially the need to integrate and shaping effective according to the purchasing management of advanced supply chain management theory of the high Stars Hotel, reduce operating costs, to complete the high Stars Hotel in the preparatory phase of the cost control, this paper is based on this reason,according to the relevant theories of supply chain of procurement management, select the S Hotel of C city as the research object, to explore the problem of purchasing management in the preparation period of high Stars Hotel.This paper will supply chain management, procurement management into the research perspective and the theory into the analysis of cases, in the analysis of the case,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, the outline provided questionnaire content modification, questionnaire investigation process formulation adjustment of three,find the S Hotel preparatory period procurement organization cognitive, procurement management, procurement cost control, supplier management four procurement management influence factors, and to study the deep-seated reasons for S Hotel facing period of procurement management problems and causes of these problems, and then from the process control level, system level optimization control measures and corresponding control level, system.
