With the development of tourism industry, increasingly fierce competition among hotel industry, competition between the hotel industry from the most basic physical products got transferred to intangible services. Etiquette culture competition gradually became form the highest level. Hotel etiquette culture is the external display images of important ways, are important components of culture, are important factors in measuring the quality of hotel services. Now domestic hotel etiquette culture construction, most theories of practice, light weight, results, light, heavy, light, most Texas Hotel is also at the shallow level of study level. Therefore, long-term development from the hotel, there is a need for comprehensive and systematic research is Hotel etiquette culture.Hotel etiquette training for hotel development is significant, many hotels are beginning to realize the importance of training, but the reality is that many hotel managers do not understand etiquette training, or level of knowledge about etiquette training in a shallow level. Through a survey of several high-star hotel in Dezhou city, combining theory and practice, questionnaire, statistical analysis and other research methods on the etiquette training to undertake a situation analysis and help hotels to recognize the current human resource situation, demand for etiquette training, caused enough attention to etiquette training senior management personnel. Hotel etiquette training through scientific analysis to problems in work, making actionable recommendations, and open means of Dezhou etiquette training in the hotel industry as a whole, promote the personal development of employees, improve overall quality of employees and hotel service quality, increasing economic efficiency, and ultimately achieving win-win purpose the hotel employees, which contribute to the health of the hotel industry to sustainable development.
