Internships is very important part in service students’learning career, It is a process of combining between student in the school of theoretical knowledge and practical application. In" college-enterprise cooperation" below the guidance of train of thought, each occupation colleges pay more and more attention to and strengthen the training of students’ practical ability and the accumulation of practical experience. Practice teaching system emerges as the times require students to accumulate work experience, and become an important link. In Kunming the tourist city, the hotel industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce, especially the high Stars Hotel every year to accept students to practice, practice and practice time increasing student numbers and extended, and interns have gradually become the main force of hotel staff. For the hotel, with good occupation school intern for the hotel’s development has very great significance.The present hotel service personnel is lacking, the hotel human resources management is facing such as the personnel fluidity is great, the brain drain problem, the hotel industry to enter the threshold is often low, resulting in a professional service personnel is relatively less. Compared with the use of number but the low quality of rural labor force, the hotel recruit interns who come from various occupation technical secondary schools will bring greater benefits to hotel; it is also become a major source of labor to the most of the hotel at present. This paper stands in the hotel stands for hotel management trainees to provide practical guidance, but also for the hotel human resources development to provide new thinking. Hotel interns and achieve a win-win situation at the same time, the hotel in the fierce competition pressure of the human capital to better use, the existing human resources for effective development. It is a best way to hire interns to solve the hotel human resource allocation problem, in favor of the hotel enterprise human resources rational allocation and effective use, ultimately achieve business goals to maximize benefits.
