Study On Development Policy Of Photovoltaic Industry In Tai'an City

At present, to improve the proportion of renewable energy, such as solar photovoltaic power generation, is the common choice of the world’s energy strategy adjustment. Solar photovoltaic industry is an important development direction of China’s strategic emerging industries. In recent years, China’s solar photovoltaic industry to accelerate the development, and make full use of its own industry, and continue to get the international competition. China attaches great importance to the development of solar photovoltaic power generation, national and local governments have introduced a number of policies to support, the government encourages the development of solar photovoltaic industry determination. But from the current situation of solar photovoltaic power generation, the new solar photovoltaic power generation scale growth is still lower than expected. Tai’an City, as the first country to create a new energy demonstration city and the first distributed solar photovoltaic power generation application demonstration zone, the study of the solar PV industry policy has the typical significance. Tai’an city as a solar photovoltaic power generation countries, dual model city, on the basis of the implementation of the existing macro policies, but should be closely combined with the local resources and industrial basis, scientific and reasonable development of practical solar PV industry support policies. In this paper, the domestic and foreign research on solar energy photovoltaic industry policy and the domestic solar PV industry advanced city policy introduction, comparative analysis of the existing problems and shortcomings of Tai’an’s industrial policy. Further adjustment and improvement suggestions are put forward for the implementation of the current state of solar photovoltaic power generation tariff subsidy policy. At the same time, through the analysis of the demonstration, Tai’an city in the solar photovoltaic engineering investment support, power grid access services, expand the application of solar photovoltaic power generation applications and other policy recommendations.
