Construction Of Financing Service System For Small And Medium - Sized Enterprises - Suggestions On Financing Service System In Kunming

As an important part of national economy, small-to medium-size enterprise (SMEs) have special status in the development of economy and society. Including China, great importance has been attached to the development of SMEs in every country by every government. The SMEs’financing is a very important part in their development, and the main problem in their development is the difficulty to finance. The financing difficulty of the SMEs has attracted a lot of discussions in theory and policies by governments. Based on the relevant literatures, it’s believed in this article that those discussions is taken from the aspect of monetary movements which is just an aspect of the financing of the SMEs, while left little attention to the other aspect named as enterprise value movements which occur as the same time but opposite direction with the monetary movements. In this article, it is taken from the aspect of value movement of enterprise in the discussion of the SMEs’ financing and the financing difficulty. The financing process is broken into three links, the forming, showing and approving, realizing of the SMEs’ value, under which the problems of the SMEs and their financing difficulty is discussed. Learning the relevant polices taken by governments home and abroad to relieve the financing difficulty of SMEs, some suggestion is put forward on the three links of the value movement of SMEs.
