Sustainable development has been a hot spot in business and academic research. Enterprises must continue to carry out new strategic change and adjustment to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. Enterprises also should maintain the company’s innovation and entrepreneurship. As we all know, Enterprise values has a certain impact on enterprise behavior. How is enterprise values play an important role in enterprise entrepreneurial process? It is necessary to study it. Therefore, from the perspective of strategic management, we must explore the impact of the enterprise values on entrepreneurial process.This paper selects Caishikou Department Store Co., Ltd. for the study. The purpose is to analyze the specific impact of the enterprise values on the entrepreneurial process. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which includes that the origin of the paper and contents and the methods. The second chapter is literature review, including enterprise values, entrepreneurial orientation and its contents are summarized and reviewed relations. The third chapter is rooted in the case and the encoding process, using the "grounded theory" approach. The paper divides Caishikou into three stages. After that, they were extracted from the three stages of encoding values, entrepreneurial orientation coding and other related codes. The fourth chapter is the data analysis and results. By extracting the encoding, it could find the contact among the code.In the Last, we summed up the company’s enterprise values influence the entrepreneurial process model. The fifth chapter is managerial implications and limitations, and proposed future research directions.This paper has two innovations: the first, perspective is special. It’s new to study the company’s entrepreneurial process from the perspective of the value. The second, from the conclusion of the study, through this study, preliminary draw the following conclusions. In the exploratory phase transition, the value of root among the people and different have important effect on the Entrepreneurial Orientation. In the formative stages of transition, the value of developing and root among the people have important effect on the Entrepreneurial Orientation. In the perfection transition phase,the value of happy and root among the people have important effect on the Entrepreneurial Orientation. We also find the different performance Caibai three stages of innovation, the adventure of the dimension, and get the influence of each stage of different enterprise values on the various aspects of entrepreneurial orientation. Such as "root in the people," this value has a significant impact in the three stages, and "out of the ordinary", "do not seek to develop dead endlessly", "employee happiness" and other values at different stages will have different effects. In addition, with other related codes, we summed up three stages of macro aspects of the entrepreneurial process growth path.Because of this paper belongs to a single case study, this conclusion may be limited. At the same time, my level is limited. It is difficult to avoid the subjective influence, and it will also has certain influence to the final conclusion.
