A Study On The Policy Guidance Of Enterprise Credit System Construction In China

Lacking of the development of social creditseriouslyhas hinderedhigh-speed and sound development ofthe economyin our country. At the same time also to our country’ssocial management caused great distress. Along with the globalization of high-speed ahead,and the government’s emphasis on social management in our country,the social credit system construction has risen to the national strategic level. Enterprise credit as one of the important content,has also received unprecedented attention and attention. This paper is in the background of credit confusion and the country has attached great importance to credit construction,with the new public management theory as the support,to discuss the problem of the government leading construction enterprise credit system in our country. First, this paper introduces the present situation of enterprise credit development in China and the problems existing in the enterprise credit system, analyzesthe causes of the problem. The core of the government in the process of economic construction has weakened the social management. Mainly for the long-term implementation of the construction of social culture, not neglect to establish proper social management system and legal system, and the serious deviation of economic construction "efficiency priority" policy. Second, the government should be responsible for the enterprise credit problem. This paper focuses on the government’s strengthening and promoting the construction of enterprise credit system, should play the coordination of micro stakeholders, to guide the realization of the relationship between corporate credit and corporate interests and corporate responsibility, and to rationalize the internal development of enterprise credit system construction. Last, according to the actual situation of our country, and on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign experience, from the aspects of government construction culture, legal supervision system and credit infrastructure, and supporting the development of credit industry policy, it is proposed to guide the construction of modern enterprise credit system to adapt to the healthy and sustainable development of market economy.
