Study On Inventory Financing And Inventory Control Of Agricultural Product Supply Chain

Agricultural enterprises as an important force in China’s economy. However, financing difficulties, financing expensive, single channels has became a bottleneck of the development of agricultural enterprises. Based on this background, this paper studies the problems of agricultural products enterprises, by using the theory and modeling methods to solve the problems faced by the tea farmers.Firstly, this paper introduces the background, significance, content and methods and get blind spots in the research and application of inventory financing. Through the comparison of traditional agricultural products financing and supply chain financing by Journals reviewed of agricultural products supply chain, logistics finance, supply chain finance. Further analysis of the capital chain tension of agricultural enterprises difficulties of inventory financing lies in the low supply chain efficiency and large inventory. To improve efficiency by reconstruction in the situation of low efficiency of supply chain operation. The case of the tea enterprises with less collateral and raw materials inventory, the choice of raw materials inventory financing.Secondly, the analysis of the types of tea supply chain, In other words, analysis characteristics of the wholesale market as the core, processing enterprises as core, retail enterprises as the core and the logistics center as the core of the tea supply chain. The final combination of the application of enterprises to choose the processing enterprises as the core of the tea supply chain research. What’s more, established of logistics finance and supply chain finance inventory financing cash flow model by Petri net. These models lay the foundation for inventory financing.Thirdly, case study is based on the purpose of enterprise, through the construction of logistics inventory financing and the visual object net++analysis related indexes in loan period. It is concluded that the inventory financing under logistics finance can alleviate the shortage of capital flow, but it is easy to cause short-term financial strain. The inventory financing under the supply chain finance is determined by constructing the pledge rate and inventory model, and combined with the practical application of the model can enable enterprises to achieve the goal of inventory and access to external funds. Finally the simulation of Visual Object Net++results show that inventory will be controlled to a reasonable interval, and corporate cash flow will also increase.
