Research On Inventory Management Optimization Of ACLK Company

China's economic growth slowed down and the industrial structure is facing transformation and upgrading.Under this situation,it is particularly important to enhance the business efficiency.The enterprise managers are paying more and more attention on inventory management as an important part of enterprise for "quality and efficiency".It is important to use the supply chain management innovation,optimize and improve the enterprise inventory management to speed up the efficiency of enterprise inventory turnover,improve customer satisfaction,reduce inventory risk and the stock of funds occupied to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.This thesis studies the inventory management problem of ACLK company which is a typical optical components company.Through the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of ACLK company inventory management,the improvement suggestions are proposed combined with the characteristics of the enterprise.First of all,the company's structure and rights and responsibilities of inventory management are analyzed.The problems in the organization structure of the inventory management are pointed out and the matrix inventory management system framework is proposed.Secondly,from the aspects of enterprise operation and inventory management process,using the concept and method of lean production,as well as the method of process management,the inventory management process is redesigned and optimized.Thirdly,the optimization scheme of IT tools is put forward through the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of inventory management.Finally,through the research on the operation mode of the whole supply chain,the management innovation practice of vendor managed inventory and supply chain finance are introduced to optimize the inventory management mode.Through the inventory management optimizations in four aspects,i.e.,the organization,processes,information systems,operations mode,ACLK company can systematically improve the collaboration efficiency in production,marketing,supply and research,improve customer order delivery response,speed up inventory turnover efficiency,and ultimately improve the efficiency of capital turnover.So the enterprise asset quality can be optimized to effectively support the enterprise "both good and fast" development.This study provides useful references on the inventory management for other similar enterprises.
