Research On The Mode Of Small Business Network Financing

How to finance small micro enterprise is not a new research question, but how to improve the small micro enterprises’ financing model in practice have been continuously in focus. In general, small micro enterprises’ external financing includes two main ways of equity financing and debt financing. With the further development of the mobile Internet technology, profound changes have taken place in the small micro enterprise financing channels, that is, from the traditional offline financing to the emerging online financing. Based on the financing dilemma of small micro enterprise, first of all, we analyze the present situation and origin of small micro enterprises’ financing dilemma through the empirical data; secondly,put forward the small micro enterprise financing analysis framework, and analyzes the four small micro enterprise network financing patterns from the perspective of the internet financial small micro enterprise financing pattern innovation; thirdly, provide a typical case supporting the small micro enterprise network financing model through the case analysis of X enterprise financing pattern innovation; the last is the conclusion and suggestions.
