With the continuous development of economy in our country, property management industry flourished rapidly as a new promising industry because of its broad and bright prospects. Property management companies also have sprung up with constant expansion and development especially in China’s major cities. At the same time, competition between the property management companies has intensified, due to industry competition internally and macro environmental impact externally. Therefore, it is very important to construct the property management company development strategy system and establish the brand of the company under the competitive pressure of the current intense market competition.ZH Property Management Company, after more than twenty years’development, has grown to one of China’s first national-level high-quality property management enterprises. However, facing today’s rapid economic development, a series of challenges cannot be avoided:facing increasingly fierce industry competition, the company’s current market environment cannot meet the requirements of the company’s development; the company’s business scope and market s cope is quite narrow and there is a certain gap between itself and other outstanding Grade A enterprises; due to incentive problems in the company’s internal management team and staff, the orientation of the future development of the company is not clear. Therefore, the company is currently facing the most important issue, i.e. how to improve the development of ZH Property Management Company to a higher level, how to develop strategic objectives in line with the company’s development.Starting from the basic theory of enterprise strategy management, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis on ZH’s current status, internal and external resources and current management system. Then it puts forward the strategic target of ZH company and overall strategy suitable for the company’s development by using PEST and SWOT analysis methods. Finally, it proposes the support system and measures for enterprise income increasing, brand management, corporate performance and staff training and incentives and other aspects.The research of this paper will provide the basis for the future development of ZH Property Management Company, and provide reference for other property management companies to make a scientific strategic plan.
