Innovation is the only way for China's economic development,and innovation in different fields provides a lot of space for the development of intellectual property.At the same time,the protection of intellectual property increases the value of innovation.In 2018,China proposed to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights and improve the intellectual property system and other important contents.The development and protection of intellectual property can promote economic development,and goods that are protected by intellectual property often mean higher prices and benefits.In 1985,China recognized the importance of intellectual property rights and enacted the patent law.With the passage of time,the laws and regulations related to intellectual property rights have also been continuously improved,and the intellectual property service industry has also received more and more attention.This article takes C company's development strategy as the research object.It was founded in 1999 and is a domestic intellectual property quality service provider.Since the establishment of the company,the trademark business has been particularly concerned,and the trademark business has become the company's main operating income.Due to the low technical content of the trademark business and the low barriers to entry,the trademark business sector has been seized by more and more qualified companies,and the incentive competition has led to a decline in the profit margin of the trademark business.How to maintain the sustainable development of the company in such a strong industry competition has become an urgent problem for C company.This paper collects and collates a large amount of literature and reference materials,and after in-depth research and understanding of C company.Firstly,based on the relevant theories of strategic management,PEST and Michael Porter's Five Forces Model are used to analyze the internal and external environment of the company.Secondly,the company's alternative strategy is analyzed according to the company's mission,vision and values.Then,The company's strategic planning objectives,as well as planning and long-term planning for the next three years,and the choice of C company's strategy;Finally,put forward some necessary strategic safeguards to ensure the smooth implementation of C company's development strategy,in order to achieve the company's goals To complete the mission of the company and realize the wishes of the company.Through the analysis and research of this article,I hope to provide some practical and practical suggestions for C's future development strategy,and also hope to provide some reference suggestions for other companies in the intellectual property and technology service industry.
