Mechanism Research Of Individual Creativity Transforming Into Team Creativity Based On Implicit Knowledge Sharing

With the nation put more and more emphasis on collaborative innovation, groupcreativity has become the focus of creative research. As no individual can have allresources, skills and knowledge required for creativity, black box, which means howindividual creativity change into group creativity, has become a shortcut of improvinggroup creativity.Based on the theory of implicit theories like creativity theory, implicit leadershiptheory, implicit cognitive theory and implicit knowledge theory, this article study therelationship between the concept of individual creativity and group creativity andimplicit theory from the perspective of implicit shared knowledge theory. Then, thepaper construct a model of individual creativity changed into group creativity based onimplicit theory. Put7enterprises and15research groups in Xi’an as a sample, this paperobtains data through questionnaire survey and field interview. Then, it conductsreliability test, validity test and relevant test using SPSS and AMOS. According to thetest result, it produces fit roadmap. The result show: implicit leadership, sharedknowledge, internal innovation atmosphere and implicit cognitive play a completelyintermediary role among related knowledge, skill, members of diversity and intrinsicmotivation. The key to improve group creativity is achieving sharing and interactionbetween individuals. Atmosphere created by group leadership, individual cognitive andinternal group, which build a knowledge-based interactive space of problem situationfor individual employees. It produces greater knowledge synergies and combinationadvantages and make group achieve the performance that individual can’t achieve. Thisstudy provides theoretical support, which can used by following research of relationshipbetween individual creativity and group creativity and group management, to improveperformance of technological innovation.
