As the core competitiveness in an organization during the knowledge economy era, knowledge-based team is paid more attention by many scholars. Knowledge-based team basis for the survival-knowledge is the top priority of the study. Therefore, effective access to knowledge, for knowledge innovation and provide a steady stream of new knowledge to enhance organizational innovation performance has become one of the academic community issues of common concern, as the organization’s core competitive knowledge-based team, marks the organization’s potential for innovation and development trends, therefore, effective knowledge transfer to enhance the knowledge-based team innovation performance and organizational core competitive strengths plays a vital role. However, because the team members of varying the strength of relationship, knowledge transfer is also different, which led to the final team innovation performance will be some deviation, therefore, from the perspective of knowledge transfer to study the connection strength of social networks and knowledge-based team innovation performance the relationship between a very meaningful. Academic transfer effect of the coupling strength and knowledge on social networks, knowledge transfer and innovation performance, social network links between research intensity and innovation performance is relatively mature, but the combination of the three variables to integrate the study of literature is very rare. This study was designed to explore knowledge transfer in social networks to link the effects of the existence of an intermediary between the strength and team innovation performance and provide new research directions to enhance team innovation performance. The study subject is the knowledge-based team. It is combinations of an organizational form of knowledge, intellectual and emotional, by its very nature is knowledge of the Common wealth of knowledge-based employees, both general team characteristics, and is also dependent on the quality human resources as the source of their survival and development. The era of knowledge-based economy makes more and more organizations in the form of the selection team to address and resolve the various issues, knowledge-based team is gradually becoming knowledge production, storage, retrieval, dissemination and use of social institutions, today’s knowledge-based team including the National Institutes of corporate R&D team and consulting services organization, therefore, the questionnaire issued an object of this study also focused on these three areas. In this study, the main contents include three aspects of the performance of team innovation and knowledge transfer between the various dimensions affect the research literature one of the network connection strength of each dimension of team innovation performance research literature as well as network connection strength, knowledge transfer the impact of the research literature to make a brief overview; asked the network connection strength to each dimension and knowledge transfer, knowledge transfer to the hypothesized relationships between the various dimensions and team innovation performance, and modeling; an empirical study of the hypothesis put forward by. Finally, the critical knowledge transfer factors conducive to the promotion of a knowledge-based team innovation performance and key network connection strength characteristics were analyzed and summarized. The specific chapter is organized as follows:The first chapter is an introduction, including research background, meaning and purpose, scope and ideas, research methods and means, the main innovation. The second chapter is literature review, including social network links, the intensity of research, knowledge transfer related to research and innovation performance, the study of social networks coupling strength and the factors influencing knowledge transfer, knowledge transfer and innovation performance impact studies, social network links research intensity and innovation performance. The third chapter is the research idea. Including research models, assuming that the derivation of the study design, the study design also includes research methods, procedures, test objects, research questionnaire. The forth chapter is the data analysis. Questionnaire collected data to a series of analyzes, including descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis, analysis of intermediary role. The fifth chapter is the conclusions and prospect. Assumptions of the model proposed to explain the empirical results, and draw some team innovation performance improvement with the conclusions of the role of revelation in order to enhance the value of this study. Finally put forward some of the inadequacies of this study related to the outlook for future research.Through the theoretical exploration and empirical research, we find three conclusions:First, Tie Strength is positively correlated with each dimension of knowledge transfer.Second, Tie Strength, knowledge transfer dimensions are positively correlated with innovation performance.Third, knowledge Transfer play a fully mediated role between Tie Strength and innovation performance. The innovation of this study, the author attributed to three things:Firstly, the fresh perspective. Academia, the effect of the coupling strength and knowledge transfer, knowledge transfer dimensions and team innovation performance relationship has been maturing for the connection strength and team innovation performance are few and far between, the angle from the social network relationships. Explore the mediating effect of knowledge transfer and how it affects team innovation performance, team innovation performance in theory. Secondly, the Knowledge transfer is regarded as a met variable. Commonly, knowledge transfer was regarded as an intermediary variable in the past. The majority of research knowledge transfer as the independent variable, organizational performance, or knowledge transfer as the dependent variable to explore the relevant factors affecting knowledge transfer, while the few scholars of knowledge transfer as intermediary variables. Thirdly, Social network theory, theories of knowledge and innovation have been multi-disciplinary. Most studies investigated the relationship between the three variables, the overall look at the impact of path relations between the three variables, in order to achieve a multidisciplinary research.
