An Empirical Study On Farmers' Response To Agricultural Industrialization

China is an agricultural country,agriculture,rural areas and farmers problems kept relationship between the modernization construction of our country,is also the short board of our country to build a well-off society in an all-round way.Since 2004,the country’s “No 1 Central Document” 13 years in a row locking problem of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”,more for three consecutive years from 2014 to 2016,the “agricultural modernization”is written to the file title,clearly put forward that vigorously promote the agriculture industrial management,transform the mode of agriculture and develop modern agriculture,so visible accelerate agricultural modernization padded short board has become the consensus of the whole party.Peasant households as the subjects of agriculture industrial management,whether they respond,which produce partnership with agricultural industrialization organization;and the response behavior of households,the satisfaction evaluation of agriculture industrial management play a fundamental role in the the further development of agriculture industrial management.This study is based on 114 peasant households survey data of cabbage breeding base in Linqu county,studied the response behavior of the peasant households from farmers planting structure, breeding structure,employment,land scale and so on;selects 14 indicators and uses Logistic model to make an empirical analysis of the impact factors to the response of the peasant households;at last,on the basis of 80 responded peasant households survey data,constructs including production services,transaction process,cooperation mechanism,effective 20 indexes in four aspects of peasant households satisfaction evaluation index system of agriculture industrial management,use quarter graph model,divide the satisfaction score into four quadrants,find its strengths and weaknesses,to provide targeted advice of better promoting agriculture industrial management.The results show that the peasant households response is mainly embodied in the planting enthusiasm of seed crops is the high,economic crops planting and breeding structure gradually diversified,farmers shifting of employment has yet to be further enhanced,the scale of land management need to be further expanded,and agricultural households responsiveness is higher than non-agriculture households;the agricultural income,sales difficulties,land scale and price fluctuations have significant positive influence on the response of peasant households,the willingness of peasant households land management rights transfer has a significant negative impact,the head of the household education and farmers agricultural industrialization cognitive level have no significant effect;through the analysis of the sample farmers to the satisfaction ofthe agricultural industrial management evaluation,it is observed that peasant households have a high level satisfaction of receiving efficiency,the increase revenue, the performance situation,the change of planting structure,but generally unsatisfied with the profit rate of return, the bargaining process,change of employment,skills training and the provision of agricultural services,this is also the deficiency of agriculture industrial management.Aiming at the deficiency, puts forward some suggestions to optimize.
