Nowadays, China, as the world’s largest agricultural producer and consumer country, plays a very important role in the development of agricultural economy in the world. The scale of China’s foreign trade of agricultural products continued to expand since China joined the WTO in 2001. The scale of foreign trade of agricultural products continued to grow, while exports and imports growth patterns were tested, but far below the growth rate of exports growth rate of imports.This paper analyzes the trade on Chinese agricultural exports to South Korea by using Marxism theory of international trade, mainly combing Marx’s free trade ideology with the FTA signed between China and South Korea. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of China’s agricultural trade and agricultural trade with South Korea. The agricultural export market of China for more than 60 percent is in Asia, among which Japan and South Korea are the main export countries South Korea because of their lack of resources, agricultural production and other reasons, the country’s agricultural production can’t meet domestic demand, and therefore mostly dependent on imports of agricultural products. And our resources are very rich in agricultural producing, agricultural production and geographical advantages make our country become one of Korea’s major countries importing agricultural products. Then this paper sums up the analysis of agricultural exports to South Korea during the problems. In agricultural trade between the two countries, the Chinese trade surplus has been in and South Korea in order to protect the local industry from the impact from the Chinese agricultural products, setting up a series of tariff and non-tariff measures to discourage the importation of agricultural products. In this regard, China proposed the establishment of China-ROK free trade area in 2002, which lasted 12 years. China and South Korea agreed in November 2014, and the free trade agreement signed by came into effect on June 1, 2015. Finally, theories and South Korea free trade agreement on agricultural products provides analysis of many economic effects of China-ROK FTA on China’s agricultural produce, as well as the future development of China’s agricultural exports to Korea policy recommendations.
