Research On Rules Of Trade In Services In China-Korea Free Trade Agreement

In order to adapt to economic globalization and regional economic integration trend,China and South Korea signed the "People's Republic of China government and the government of Republic of Korea free trade agreement" in June 1,2015,formally established the first free trade Area in Northeast Asia.It promotes the regional economic integration in Northeast Asia,and promotes the comprehensive integration of industrial chain.Its signing has played a huge role in promoting the economic development of China,South Korea and even northeast Asia.In recent years,the research on the rules of trade in services is endless,this paper mainly studies the rules of trade in services.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is an overview of the rules of international trade in services.Mainly divided into three aspects,the first aspect is the multilateral rules of trade in service,mainly introduced the "GATS" and "TISA",the former is the current multilateral service trade rules,while the latter was in talks,China also apply to join the talks.The second part is the rules of regional trade Agreement in services,this part mainly from the number,distribution and the reasons for the signing of three aspects,analysis of the status quo of regional trade Agreement in services.The third aspect is the general situation of China's international trade in services.The second part is the key part of this paper,which is the analysis of the rules of FTA service trade between China and Korea.The signing of this study analysis of China and Korea FTA service trade rules,and the comparative analysis between China and Korea FTA service trade rules and GATS,NAFTA in service trade rules and the rules of service trade in CETA,comparative analysis mainly from the application scope,market access rules,national treatment rules and rules of origin in four aspects,analyzes the differences in the rules for the open degree of the service market and reflect the problem of difference.The third part is the influence and suggestion of FTA service trade rules.Mainly from three aspects: market access,national treatment and rules of origin.
