The article studies the international operation of Fed Ex Corporation. Firstly, analyze the FedEx Corporation internationalization status and international operation’s process, then summery the motivation of international operation. Mainly recognize FedEx Corporation’s international operation has made success and showing a trend of continuously deepen. Secondly, this section elaborates the strategic objective, international operation strategies, entry mode to the international market and strategic environment. On this basis, the section by analyzing the Fed Ex’s implementation measures of the strategies: the products, logistics model and chain salutations, brand building and marketing extension, talent training and team construction and customer communication. Simultaneous, following the implementation of the strategy, I carried on the objective evaluation of operating results and deficiencies.
