Research On The Optimization Of Function Function Of CCPIT In Harbin

CCPIT is an important organization to promote foreign economic relations and trade development. Nowadays the economic development is in the transformation stage so new economic situation and policy have put forward new requirements on CCPIT’s functional orientation and effect performance.Harbin Committee of CCPIT is a mass organization having large difference compared with foreign mainstream trade promotion agencies and every domestic city faces different economic situations, starting with the nature of trade promoting local economic development, on the basis of Harbin economic situation analysis, combining practical work of Harbin committee of CCPIT, this article analyzes and concludes that there are following shortcomings of Harbin Committee of CCPIT: overlapping of department functions, indefinite functional orientation, insufficient organization setup flexibility and insufficient professional level of human resource. In addition, this article also analyzes the experience and creative actions of domestic and foreign similar organizations and gives the following suggestions on function orientation and effect performance aspects: clear and definite the CCPIT function orientation, establish appropriate organization structure which can support effect performance, set up flexible and clear outsourcing mechanism and complete the establishment of information platform.
