Product safety issues often arise from small workshops produce suppliers to large well-known domestic enterprises, there are related issues at all levels of the regulatory process.For this situation the safety of agricultural products, through our knowledge of game theory to explain this phenomenon, the article we first constructed suppliers and consumers of agricultural products, agricultural products between suppliers and the central government, local government and agricultural suppliers static game model based on this model is solved for analysis. In all the main agricultural supply chain involved in the game as an object for the supplier to provide high-frequency regulation and whether the final product revenue between security, game analysis and regulatory body, in order to obtain the final game equilibrium.
