Research On Entrepreneur 's Strategic Decision Based On Rooted Theory

In the recent years, along with the explosive growth of innovative enterprise and the increasingly support from society and government, a lot of top managers turned around from traditional enterprises and devoted to the newly-establish firm. especially in 2015, much more new firms come from IT or other High-Tech fields. These newly firms had become the critical part of economic and show huge impact to it. Meanwhile, in the new era, the new demand from the development and extension of the company, the internal and external operation of corporate, which pushing the executives change their mind and method of work to meet these demands. Today, the key to business success is the talent while the key of enterprise development is the strategy and operation from the executive, he who points out the direction and determines the future of enterprises. How do the decision makers make correct decision? What are the factors may impact decision making? What are the requirements of decision makers? This thesis are based on the practice and interview with the leaders of Venture Company to research the process of making decision of strategic planning by leaders. At first, making questionnaire based on the theory of strategic decision, then interview with the decision-maker of Venture Company to understand the important factors of the process which making decision and implementing.Then,to clarify the relationship between the factors mentioned above based on the grounded theory and do further analysis on it, trying to draw the model about the decision-making process of Venture Company top managers at last, hoping to construct a useful model for Venture Company top managers based the general model, Which can provider reference to the top managers when they are making decision, strategy and so on, provider support for the growth and development of Venture Company.
