The Research On Logistics Enterprises Business Model Based On Grounded Theory

With the advent of e-commerce era,business logistics and mobile Internet as a new drive bring new development opportunities to logistics.Logistics gradually become a new economic growth point,it has aroused great attention of our government,in the twelfth Five-Year Development Plan,highlighting "to promote the development of modern logistics industry." The rapid development of the logistics industry,the full opening of the market make the competition more fierce.How to survive in the competition,is a question of each logistics enterprises should ponder.At present,China is still in the economic transition period,the majority of logistics enterprises are still in the transition from traditional to modern logistics.There is a big gap compared with internationally renowned logistics companies such as: DHL,UPS.To raise the competitiveness of logistics enterprises,the most fundamental thing is to establish a good business model.A lot of practice at home and abroad proved to have a good business model is more important than other thing.So the business model is the key to win competitive advantage.This paper collected a lot of literature to learn the theory of logistics and business model.Reference Integration of class point of view,combing with the characteristics of logistics enterprises,the paper defines the concept of logistics enterprise business model and analyze it.Scientific evaluation index system is the basic to evaluate.In this paper,based on science,objectivity,comprehensiveness and other principles,using grounded theory to build the evaluation index system of logistics enterprise business model.Finally,the establishment of evaluation model.There are dozens of existing evaluation model,the applicable range of models is different.Considering the business model evaluation ambiguity,uncertainty,the paper establish a gray fuzzy evaluation model.Determining the weights is another important issue considered in the evaluation model,the weight determination is reasonable or not,directly affect the final result.This paper choose G1 method to calculate the weight of each indicator.The fifth part of paper is the example of L logistics enterprises.Most logistics enterprises business model concept is still relatively vague.To enhance the competitiveness of logistics enterprises,and promote business growth,logistics enterprises should fully analyze their business models,founding insufficient and improving,hoping this study can provide theoretical guidance.
