With the flourish development of the logistics industry and the technology of Internet is continually changing, a new kind of logistics operation mode is favored by many logistics enterprises, it is pushed by the development of science and technology and e-commerce has produced a new type of logistics operation mode --- Smart logistics. It is on the basis of the traditional Internet use of science and technology combined with "intelligent system", ensure the quality of the logistics process at the same time, Reducing business operating costs as a result. As we know, the part of transportation cost in logistics cost share of close to 60%, the biggest plate as the transportation cost of the cost of logistics distribution is one of the key, while the distribution route optimization problem is logistics academia and logistics industry, logistics enterprises manager common focus. But the data is still high in recent years. In traditional distribution path planning, most people rely on experience or model of the plan aimed at the shortest distance path. In real life, however, logistics and distribution activities often encounter a lot of uncertain factors and unexpected situations, such as:weather mutations, road construction, traffic congestion, or the uncertainty of consumer demand and service time changes, etc. in the face of such situation if simple or according to the plan comply with the shortest path may not be the most economical decision, but could result in time delay or loss the potential customers, and other damages.Based on the Smart of the logistics distribution routing problem as the research background, thinking of the many kind of random variable factors, distribution path according to the distribution center information system of real-time information feedback, using the operations research knowledge and theory, build the real-time dynamic programming model of route optimization, through VNS algorithm the optimal solution, and introduce some logistics company delivery of the actual case to prove the practical application of the model, Finally for the model’s innovative has carried on the detailed elaboration, and USES the results of numerical examples and other methods, the previous contract class VNS to make comparative analysis method respectively.In this paper, the research has certain theoretical significance and practical significance, the introduction of real time information in the distribution system makes dynamic and flexible path planning process, the result is more close to the practical application, Not only to meet the personalized needs of customers, also reduce logistics cost and to promote the core competitiveness of the company at the same time.
