As the country has recently proposed "Internet plus" action plan "Internet plus" craze spread in the country, "Internet plus" is the symbol of industry and information technology achievements and fusion of China’s depth, is also the important way to promote the consumption of information. China’s "Internet plus" industrial Internet, e-commerce and Internet banking are three important development direction.With the country in recent years to increase efforts to support the Internet technology. It is constantly solid technology base, development, adjustment of profit model, in the fierce competition in the retail industry, the formation of new consumption patterns is o2o (online and offline) business model.020 business model is the integration of consumers, businesses, payment platforms and operations platform. Business online and offline business has advantages, integration is an inevitable trend, can promote each other. In the new form, ZJ mineral water companies are also facing the same problem. The market by sales of ZJ mineral water as the object of study, summed up the ZJ mineral water company’s traditional business model, and integration of traditional business model and Internet online with new o2o business model of online sales of the industry market expansion and development. By using the SWOT analysis method, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of ZJ mineral water company, the main sales model, according to the retail enterprise business model elements, from core level, promote the level and the implementation level, analysis and summarizes the mineral water industry "line" o2o business modes in the current situation and the future development direction. On basis of analyzing the component elements of the mineral water industry business model, this paper presents specific implementation strategies of o2o mode, think there is a mineral water industry business model in the future will be the traditional mode and the new business mode of o2o combination way.
