With the development of society, the global economic integrationprogresses rapidly and the competition becomes fiercer, so that to find a suitable way for the survival and development of enterprises has become more and more important. At the same time, the excellent corporate culture has become one of enterprises’core competences, which can make enterprises indefectible in all kinds of competition. The better the corporate culture works, the more benefits it will bring to enterprises, consequently more enterprises have put emphasis on the corporate culture construction. The differences between corporate cultures has brought about the enterprises cluster management many problems, which makes it more difficult to find appropriate methods to enable cultural integration and to optimize the management mode in the enterprise cluster progress.This paper aims to analyze and resolve enterprise cluster management problem existing in the enterprise move-back and many other enterprises in the same park, from the aspect of cultural integration. These problems would constraint the enterprises development. At first, we can find that cultural integration has played an important role in the development. Then the paper analyzesall types of problems and conflicts existing in the cultural integration. At last, according to the available practice experience, the author gives the enterprise cluster management proposal to help his enterprise move-back realize the better and faster development.
