As the rise of online finance and document restrictions issued by CSRC etc., the aggregate asset management business of broker in China is facing a severe test. After June 1,2013, due to the document restrictions issued CSRC, brokers can only issue a small collection with 200 people; however, the small collection is mainly channel products, ordinary investors can not participate with it, which badly affects their enthusiasm. In June 2013, the financial products Yu-e-bao turned out, which opened the era of Internet Financial Times, woke up people’s awareness of finance, and at the same time, threw a huge threat to the traditional financial sectors such as banking, securities, and so on.The asset of Yu-e-bao has excessed 10 billion yuan for only one month’s birth, which indicates the Internet Financial Times has been coming turbulently, and its concept is concerned by more and more people. As a segment representative of this new industry, Internet financial product --P2P, whose annual income level is much higher than financial products of bank and security company. Without the risk of loss of equity investments and a large amount of investment requirements as trust products, P2P has aroused a great enthusiasm of many ordinary investors. In addition, the stock market rebounded in the second half of 2014, which attracted various funds poured in, and built a great threat to the collection financial markets. For the above situation, this article selects several representative aggregate asset management products of Essences company, and makes a study of Essences aggregate asset management. Through the analysis of the history of the Essence aggregate asset management, finding its existing problems, finally we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions by the experience of practical work in Essence and department research. The existing problems of Essences asset management mainly contain:First, low expected return; Second, weak liquidity; Third, insufficient innovation; Fourth, poor subscription and redemption experience; Five, imperfect after-sales service. Advices to these problems are:First, increase the talent construction aiming at low expected return. Second, aiming at the problem of weak liquidity, advices are:first, set up the transfer platform for investors who are badly in need of funds to conveniently transfer the products to other investors; second, open the green channel of "the funds to the account" service. Third, aiming at the problem of insufficient innovation, enhance the innovation consciousness of the talents and the company. Fourth, aiming at poor subscription and redemption experience, open day entrust system and increase mobile subscription channels. Fifth, aiming at imperfect after-sales service, increase the rate of switching to manual answer, send SMS tips, and attach great importance to the customer comments.
