Motivat ion is a complex management process chain, thatneeds to formulate it on overall strategy platform of the enterprise.With the development of electric power market, power maintenance companies have a rapid expansion opportunity. The power maintenance company is mainly responsible for routine maintenance and regular maintenanceof the thermal power, hydropower, nuclear power and other power generation companies. The internal maint enance capacity of power plant is not able to meet the requirements of production.Therefore, various types of power r epair and maintenance companies are emerging.Guangdong Yudean Anxin electric power maintenance Co., Ltd.(Anxin) is a professional power equipment maintenance, maintenance, installat ion and technology consulting services company, belonging to the existing power plant.The incentive difficult ies that Anxin facing are the typical situat ions of most state-owned power enterprises.Based on the research on the incentive mechanism of Anxin, it can provide reference for the optimizat ion of sim ilar state-owned enterprises.In the thesis, I studied the present incentive mechanismand implementat ion of Anxin; analyzed the strategic development goals and defined the main problem; and found out the optim ize direction; together with the detail case studies and investigat ions.Finally, I combined the incentive theory research, analysis of Anxin company present situation, the company’s strategic development needs, employee survey, and case studies, to make the optimized proposal for Anxin incentive system. The project management incentive scheme have been finalized, and implement ed in the company. I also proposed the optimized the position and salary system.
