Competitive location problem is a class of real issue which is significant and cause wide attentions in location problem. In recent years, with the rapid growth of economy and the improving gradually of people’s living standard, logistics distribution industry meteoric grows. As an essential element in logistics network, logistics distribution center location is reasonable or not, which not only relates to the success or failure of business operation, but also plays an important role in making logistics system effective. At the same time, with the development of the market, the market environment of the logistics distribution center location problem is becoming more and more complicated. Therefore, research on competitive logistics distribution center location problem is very necessary and meaningful.Competitive logistics distribution center location problem is the problem in which a logistics company enters a market to maximize its profit by locating a new distribution center where there are many existing distribution centers. In this paper, we mainly investigate the competitive single and multiple logistics distribution centers location problem in uncertain environment. In uncertain competitive single logistics distribution center location problem aspect, we first describe the customers patronizing behavior related to the distance and assume the demands of customers and setup costs of new distribution centers are uncertain variables. Secondly, we establish the expected value model of competitive single logistics distribution center location problem under uncertain environment. Finally, by using the operational law of uncertain variables, the expected value model is transformed into a corresponding deterministic model, and a real example is given. In uncertain competitive multiple logistics distribution centers location problem aspect, on the premise of describing the customers patronizing behavior related to service quality and distance, the customers demands and setup costs of new distribution centers are assumed to be uncertain variables, and it constructs the chance-constrained model of competitive multiple logistics distribution centers location problem under uncertain environment. In the same way, we investigate the equivalent form of proposed model by using the operational law of uncertain variables, and a practical example is given to prove the validity of the model. The main innovative points of this paper are given as follows:(1) It describes the uncertain factors with uncertain variables in the competitive logistics distribution center location problem.(2) Under the framework of uncertainty theory, it establishes the expected value model and chance-constrained model for competitive single logistics distribution center location problem and competitive multiple logistics distribution centers location problem, respectively. It further expand the practical application of uncertain programming.(3) It investigates the crisp equivalent models of presented models by using the operational law of uncertain variables, and it also gives some numerical examples to illustrate the modeling ideas and the validity of the models.
