A Study On The Remedies Of Domestic Flight Delay In China

Quick development of airline business and amount of flights bring big economic benefits and social efficiency to our country. However,the condition of flight delay become more and more frequent.Because the strict requirement of flying safety,bad weather,mechanical problems,air control and passengers problems will cause the flight delay. Moreover, the compensation standards are different according to the detail reasons. The doubt of the reason for it and the compensation standards are from the media to mass incidents. Nowadays,remedial measures are not clear and the standard of it is not agreed,so airlines and passengers need the "third-party organization"to solve their troubles.For more compensation,the mass incidents cause the bad social effect,and this could endanger the safety and stability of the airport.This thesis explains the remediation,problems and reasons for it.Remediation of Flight Delay and Contigency Plans for Mass Flight Delay by civil Aviation Bureau are not suitable for remediation from the angle of time and practice,so we must draw up the new standard which is agreed and perfect. This thesis proposes that making the strict laws is the prerequisite of guaranteeing the remediation.Air traffic control,airport,airlines and local government will help reduce the delay time.raise remedial efficiency and get the understanding and trust of passengers.The introduction writes the meaning of choosing the topic,the relatedresearch trend,methods and the main thought in the introduction.In the first unit,I will do some research of the reasons for flight delay and the remedial present situation in China.In the second unit,I introduce the remediation in developed countries and conclude these.The third unit analysis some problems in remediation and gives some reasons for them.The fourth unit introduce some efficient measures of perfecting remediation and preventing the flight delay.
