This article, with the guidance of Marxist theory of distributive justice, income of Immigrant Peasant of pearl river delta region is carried on the thorough analysis, considering the inequality of the Immigrant Peasant’s income, the income distribution system, urban and rural dual economic structure and the imperfect of social security system has a lot of things to do, so reforming the income distribution system, eliminate the urban-rural dual economic structure, the law on positive legislation, strict law enforcement, perfecting social security system and other measures can solve the problem effectively.The unfairness of Immigrant Peasant’s income is one of the problems of the expanded in-depth reform agenda in our country, to solve this problem,we can’t accomplish in an action, but need to accumulate experience for quite a long time and reforming step by step. We all hope that through various efforts, solve the problem of China’s nearly 270 million Immigrant Peasant fair’s income distribution.
