However, due to various reasons, students internship casualty always happen in recent years, security situation is not optimistic.Students’ injury accidents, not only bring misfortune to the students and their families, but also have increased pressure and burden on school and internship enterprise.For a long time,because of the lack of special protection of interns security law, the internship students suffer bodily injury with the lack of a good legal protection and effective relief way. The author believes that students practice security liability insurance can effectively solve the school and enterprise’s pay compensation disputes because of the students’ injury accident, at the same time protect the interests of students, schools and enterprise.and it is an important means to set up and improve the safety and risk management system of students.However,liability insurance in our country is still in its infancy, such as insufficient effective demand,low risk guarantee amount, insurance company does not reach the designated position in accepting insurance and claims service. Especially practice liability insurance on the market is mostly for vocational college students, lacks products for ordinary college students who still face large practice risk. In this paper,this article provides valuable experience by combining the actual situation in our country, and drawing lessons from the developed countries and regions,such as further perfect the practice security liability insurance laws and regulations,strengthen the government to promote, expand its coverage. At the same time, further school and internship units of ginseng protect consciousness, raise the enthusiasm of insurance companies to participate in internship security liability insurance, especially expanding the coverage of products. Improve the students’ practice safety ego to protect consciousness. Only in this way, can create a good environment for speeding up the intern security liability insurance’s development in our country, find a development path that is suitable for higher vocational colleges and the ordinary university students’ internship security liability insurance in our country.
