As the global economy continues growing, for most of the developed countries and developing countries, the bank, securities, insurance and other financial services is increasing the proportion in life. For the development of the global trade in services, the new form of trade in services is thriving. The development of service trade has become the various countries in the development of key industries, among them, the financial service trade is the most important part of it. Now financial service trade, insurance,banking as the center of the new type of trade in services sector which is more and more important. But the proportion of the traditional catering and tourism is declining.Therefore, especially the financial sector, a number of emerging service industry, led by the financial sector, is called modern service industry.China, South Korea and Japan has a lot of similarities in culture, and has many similarities in the financial industry development, the development of the structure can also complement each other. In the financial sector, financial services between China,South Korea and Japan have become the three new trade growth points, and have more experience in Japan and South Korea. Culturally, as the influence of Confucian culture of the three countries, Japan and South Korea’s development experience is more likely to be in China for reference and study. Geographically, the adjacent three countries were also more likely to co-operate and discussed. Therefore, the paper by comparing the financial services industry development of Japan and South Korea, the drawing on the successful experience of Japan and South Korea in the services, to provide reference for improving China’s financial services trade international competitiveness.
