Executive compensation and corporate relationship between corporate performance,has been studied in many experts inside and outside, but everyone in this area has a different point of view. Listed companies is an important business units, study the management of listed companies salary and enterprise efficiency, can form a sound scientific salary incentive system for the company’s development has played a catalytic role. In China, the real estate industry is a market economy, the most important,research real estate companies listed on executive compensation and business benefits of great significance.Firstly, the theoretical analysis of the relationship between executive pay and corporate performance were issues related to data analysis, obtained by studying the relationship suitable for China’s real estate listed companies in executive compensation and benefits between business, gives science reasonable salary incentives.
