Research On Fund Operation Management Of TMO Company Based On Free Trade Zone

Based on the theoretical analysis and practical research method of combining cases, this paper introduced the fund and capital management present situation of TMO Company, combined with the development of financial innovation of China(shanghai) free trade zone to for TMO company set up a platform to centralize fund and capital,design a method to reduce capital cost and improve the service efficiency of funds, enhance the competition power of the enterprise,in order to a certain extent for multinational firms concentrated operations management to provide the theory and method guidance.This paper set up an operational mode from the theoretical basis, TMO company external innovation environment, MO company internal system design, the information technology platform design, organization design, risk control on the internal supervision and management from several aspects, TMO company’ fund and capital management is as a sample of the multinational companies.
