Case Analysis Of Customer Information Leakage In Jiangsu Bank

In recent years, when facing problems in the financial sector, our government didn’t attach importance to the information leakage problem. The customer information leakage problem in local commercial banks is an important aspect of the problems that relates to the overall healthy development of the financial markets. Therefore, studying this issue allows us to get a better understanding of commercial banks information leakage problem.This thesis analyzes the various possible channels which can cause the information leak, and offers technical measures and solutions to tackle and prevent information leaks. This thesis analyses the case of information leakage in Jiangsu Bank. With the idea of finding the problem first and solving the problems by analyzing the problems, this thesis will propose and recommend protection measures from the angles of legal, management and technical perspectives to commercial banks, in order to reduce the possibility of information leakage of bank customer information and build a well-functioning protection system of commercial bank customer information.
