In recent years,with the development of information technology and the convenience of information inquiry on the Internet,the disclosure of bank customer information has become a more and more serious problem,and more and more attention has been paid to all aspects of the society.In view of the current commercial bank customer information security from the perspective of government regulation,we should improve the banking customer information security protection system and protection institution,it provides more sound laws and regulations for the healthy and stable development of the financial industry in the information age and the protection of the rights and interests of bank customers' information.Based on the perspective of government regulation,this paper analyzes and studies the real case of bank customer information security,it is found that there are weak links in the government regulation and protection of customer information security in commercial banks.Through the analysis of specific cases,combined with the relevant research literature,this paper holds that our government has four main problems in the supervision of customer information security of commercial banks.First,there are still defects in the national legislation.Our country has not yet issued the relevant personal information protection law,and the related laws related to customer information protection are too scattered and chaotic,and lack of operability.Two is the lack of government supervision.The external supervision of banks has such problems as unclear supervision subjects,wide supervision laws,single regulatory means,low quality of supervisors and inadequate supervision.Three is the problem of self-discipline of the bank.Four,bank customers' awareness of information security is relatively weak.Relying on the analysis of the previous article,the paper puts forward suggestions on supervision and protection of bank customer information security.First,we should establish a sound personal information protection law,and perfect the corresponding information security legal protection system.Second,strengthen the regulatory effectiveness of government regulators.Mainly through the following means to achieve: clear regulatory body,improve the regulatory system,implement regulatory responsibilities,strengthen regulatory means,train regulatory personnel.At the same time,the government should broaden the way of supervision,so that more force can be added to the banking customer information security supervision.Third,government regulators should also supervise banks themselves to strengthen internal control and enhance their sense of responsibility.Finally,the government in strengthening the law,supervision,system,bank management,information technology and other means,although very important,but at the same time,customers themselves need to strengthen the awareness of protection,must not be free to disclose their information.In addition,government regulators and banks should also strengthen publicity for customer information security protection.
