Job Evaluation is a systematic process to determine the organization in the relative value of each position. The job evaluation system includes evaluation, evaluation criteria, evaluation methods, data processing, the four subsystems. Job evaluation positions for the core to organizational analysis and job analysis based on the use of procedures post judgment. Hierarchical structure on the basis of job evaluation, job, and the combination of the positions of the target performance appraisal system, the development of post pay system, to develop the pay system, internal fairness problem can be solved effectively.This paper attempts a scientific evaluation method, based on job design tobacco companies post evaluation index system, to determine the weights of evaluation indexes, and various positions on the value assessment to determine the relative value of different positions, final positions in the organization, ranked by value of size hierarchical structure. Introduction of the first part, described the research background and significance of the paper, research ideas and methods, and an overview of the domestic and foreign research. The second part describes the theoretical basis of job evaluation, including the theory of human resource management, job management theory, equity theory, and the goal is the same theory, the value of the job evaluation and analysis, compare the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation method, and pointed out that the analytic hierarchy process job evaluate the advantages, on the basis of job evaluation using the analytic hierarchy process in L tobacco companies.
