A Study On The Problem Of Rural Tourism Promoting The Employment Of Landless Peasants

As a kind of form which provide a comprehensive consumer services to new industries for tourists, the development of rural tourism industrialization and its closely related to the catering, entertainment, railway, aviation, highways, waterways, public facilities services industry.it can also effectively promoting the adjustment of industrial structure in rural areas and expanding the rural employment way. At present, the employment problem of landless peasants is related to the sustainable development of economy and society, and the harmonious and stable,and it is the key issue to build a well-off society in an all-round way. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the development of rural tourism to promote the employment of landless peasants.The author will use the literature research, case analysis, comparative study and other methods of research. First of all, using the method of literature research to sort out the existing related theories and research results. To find the reasons caused the difficult employment of landless peasants through understand the rise of rural tourism and development, the landless farmer employment status and other background, from find out because of landless peasants employment idea deviation, their quality is not high, the lack of effective employment training and guidance, the city’s economic development can not meet the demand for labor employment.And obtained through the development of the third industry employment is the primary way to solve the employment problem of landless peasants in the conclusion. Secondly, the author will analyze the case of other provinces and cities to develop rural tourism to promote the employment of landless peasants, and draw lessons from the experience. Thirdly, the author will find out the problems and the influencing factors of rural tourism development in the employment of landless peasants through the comparative study.Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are given from 5 aspects: strengthening government guidance, improving infrastructure construction, rural tourism product diversification, strengthening human resources development, building the government information public service platform, and so on. It is expected that through this research and exploration, we can provide reference for the future development of rural tourism in our province and our country through the development of rural tourism to promote the employment of landless peasants.
