Analysis On Land Use And Regional Economic Development In Zhanyi County

The relationship between land and economy is becoming more and more close. With the development of regional economic disparities in China, more and more scholars focus on the study of regional economic development from the perspective of land use. There is a very close relationship between changes in regional socio-economic development and the regional land use, rational land use and spatial structure to provide support for sustainable social and economic development, this can promote the development of regional social economy.In this paper, Zhanyi County of Yunnan Province as the study area, from the point of view of land use, in support of GIS technology,, using three kinds of research methods including correlation analysis of land use change and economic development index, the calculation method of the center of gravity model and the accessibility evaluation by ArcGIS 10.1 and multivariate statistical analysis software SPSS platform, the current situation of Zhanyi county economic development is analyzed, to analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics of the economic development, land use change and economic development indicators of the relevant rules, evaluation and analysis of the economic development level and the difference between the various towns and townships. Results show:(1) The correlation between land use change and economic development indicators such as GDP, agricultural production, per capita living consumption expenditure, total industrial output value and so on; the strongest correlation with cultivated land area is the agricultural output value, per capita net income of farmers and per capita net income of urban residents; output value of forestry and forest land area is the strongest correlation; with grassland area most relevant is the total industrial output value, the output value of forestry; the strongest correlation with the residential land and industrial and mining land is the fixed assets investment; and industrial gross output value is the most significant correlation with the quantity of unused land area.(2) In Zhanyi county, the spatial distribution center of regional economy, land use, cultivated land, garden, mining and industrial town is located in Panjiang town, in those, the center of economic gravity and mining and industrial gravity is the closest, the economic development of Zhanyi county is greatly influenced by the industrial and mining industry.(3) On the basis of Zhanyi county township traffic comprehensive accessibility analysis to get each villages and towns economic development level from high to low in order is Panjiang town, Xiping town, Yanfang Xiang, Baishui town, Lingjiao town, Dapo town, Bole town, Deze town; according to Zhanyi County Township traffic relative reachability analysis to get the maximum difference of level of progress of economy of Zhanyi County each villages and towns is Deze Xiang and Bo Le Xiang, the gap minimum is Pan Jiang Zhen Yan Fang Xiang.
