The scale of China’s tourism market has expanded year by year, and has entered a golden stage of rapid development. Travel agency, as the most important participant in the tourism market, plays an important role in the development of the tourism market. Travel agencies how to the prosperity and development of the market marketing in relation to tourism market, how to give consumers more satisfied with the consumer experience, more intimate services, increased travel service company’s income has become a problem to be solved. Economic development has promoted the growth of consumer demand for personalized, the demand for personalized tourists also gradually highlights. For customized tourism marketing, it is the basis of market segmentation, with the individual demand of tourists as the guide, the implementation of tourism products and services based on Internet information technology and means. O2O (to offline online) the rise of business model, so that consumers can be achieved according to the individual needs of the completion of travel products and services online customization, online payment, offline experience. And puts forward the evaluation of product and service satisfaction.This article is based on the study of the theory of customized marketing, the adaptability of the introduction to the tourism industry, the general idea of the implementation of the travel agency and the method of research. Based on the analysis of the travel agency’s marketing environment, of China International Hostel existing customized products and services marketing present situation carries on the analysis. At the same time, combined with the rapid development of the current O2O model, research and analysis in O2O mode of travel agencies how to customize marketing, designed for travel agencies to explore effective marketing tools, to provide useful marketing reference.
