Study On The Allocation Pattern Of The Whole Industry Chain In The Garment Industry

The clothing industry has always been at the forefront in China’s industry, but the traditional garment enterprises are facing some new challenges with the advent of world economic integration and the accelerating development of Internet plus era as well as the new normal economy in China.The entrepreneurs and scholars should think about the upgrade of traditional clothing and how to deal with mass customization in the face of these challenges.Currently, some industies have been anticipating slower Chinese growth, on the one hand the traditional industries generally fall into trouble, on the other hand the Internet business has developed rapidly a boom. More and more entrepreneurs of traditional enterprises are gradually aware of the impact of the Internet economy on traditional industries and the Internet to accelerate the transformation of enterprises, but based on traditional thinking shackles and lack of understanding of the Internet Internet, what led to the majority of enterprises in the field of electronic business does farm work industriously but gain little. The thesis seek the mutually beneficial win-win situation of the whole industry chain cooperation mode in the garment industry from studying the present situation of e-commerce mode of clothing industry development and the whole industry chain as well as profit allocation correction model which provide useful help to small and medium-sized garment enterprises of the upgrade of traditional clothing and the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises. Based on this goal, the thesis uses the method of cooperative game to study the profit allocation of the enterprises in the whole industry chain. To sum up, the main content of this thesis as follows:1.From the perspective of the whole industry chain to consider the profit allocation of enterprises, from the profit allocation point of view for the formation of enterprise vertical alliance lay the foundation.2.According to the Shapley value,we set up a profit allocation correction model of the risk and resource investment as well as technological innovation and the degree of effort.3.According to the factors weight value, we determine the comprehensive Shapley value profit allocation correction model.4.To take an empirucal analysis as an example to shows the rationality of the "comprehensive Shapley value profit allocation correction model" compared with the results ofeach model and the original Shapley value method.
