Yangzhou Core Pacific City Living Mall Locates in the Yangzhou Metro West (non-traditional business district) of the city. It is the representative of a set of dining, shopping, leisure, entertainment and other functions in one of the shopping center. After 8 years of development, from initial operational difficulties to the prosperity, from the initial stream of people so rare to a large amount of consumers, the development of Core Pacific City Living Mall led to the prosperity of Yangzhou West Metro commercial. However, with all kinds of shopping malls in the era of blowout, Core Pacific City Living Mall is facing fierce competition in the external environment, and facing with the problem of internal management in brand homogenization phenomenon meanwhile. Format the layout is not reasonable, function is not perfect, lack of degree of precision management. Therefore, a clear development strategy, adjust business ideas, for the enterprise healthy and sustainable development is essential.This paper mainly adopts the literature research method of domestic and foreign research status of access to sort out and summarize the using model analysis (PEST analysis, five forces model and SWOT analysis) methods, a comprehensive analysis of the internal conditions and external environment of Core Pacific City Living Mall.On the basis of analysis of the current situation of the development of Core Pacific City Living Mall. It is pointed out that the internal management in the existing problems, through the SWOT analysis, obtained for Core Pacific City Living Mall strategy selection is implemented to reverse type development strategy. Finally,Core Pacific City Living Mall torsion type development strategy implementation and guarantee measures:Format adjustment, increase the experience type formats; optimize the structure of brand, highlighting "experience consumption characteristics; strengthening membership services, enhance consumer viscosity; With the help of new media marketing, improve customer participation; implementation of theme marketing activities, amplifying marketing promotion marginal effect; establish a multi-channel training system, maintain the industry leading knowledge structure; through the building of enterprise culture, strengthen team cohesion.
