In recent years, the retail industry has become one of the hot spots in the economic development. Large supermarket as one of the retail formats, its development speed is fast, but the number of employees can not meet the rapid development of the industry needs. With the continuous development of the economy, the entire retail industry faces a talent bottleneck, recruitment difficulties and difficulties in the growing problem. Large supermarkets face the problem of high staff turnover rate, the loss of staff to large supermarkets to bring great losses, but also to the large supermarket economic benefits and future development have an important impact. Therefore, it is of practical significance to solve the problem of the loss of the grass-roots staff.Based on the review of related literature, found that the psychological contract violation will have an impact on the turnover intention, there is a complex relationship between the two, and therefore, the selection of large supermarket employees as the research object, using the method of questionnaire survey in Suzhou Qu Yongwang, Auchan, RT mart, Huarun, Tesco 5 10000 350 large supermarket employees conducted a questionnaire survey, descriptive statistical analysis using SPSS21.0 statistical software to collect the effective data and questionnaire of psychological contract violation, job satisfaction and turnover intention scale analysis of validity and reliability, the psychological contract violation two dimensions and job satisfaction, turnover intention and job satisfaction and turnover intention of correlation analysis and regression analysis, using hierarchical regression method to test job satisfaction Degree in psychological contract violation and turnover intention relationship between the intermediary role, draw the conclusion of the study.The research findings are as follows:(1) large supermarket employee grassroots reality type contract violation, developing contract violation and negatively correlated with the job satisfaction; (2) large supermarket employee grassroots reality type contract violation, developing contract breach and turnover intention is positively correlated; (3) large supermarket grass-roots employee job satisfaction and turnover intention was negatively correlated; (4) job satisfaction in large supermarket grass-roots employee’s actual contract violation, developing contract breach and turnover intention between plays a partial mediating role. On the basis of the above research conclusion, this paper presents reduced large supermarket level employees psychological contract violate level and turnover intention of countermeasures and suggestions: (1) the establishment of psychological contract agreed by both parties; (2) to establish a competitive salary system; (3) pay attention to employee opinions; (4) improve employees work challenging and autonomy; (5) pay attention to employee career development management.
